At Deep Care, we believe workplace well-being starts with everyday habits. Our mission is to make healthy working simple—through intelligent, science-based technology that fits effortlessly into the workday. With Isa, our smart desk companion, we help reduce risks like poor posture, inactivity, and dehydration. Through subtle, real-time nudges, Isa supports micro-habits that improve health, sharpen focus, and sustain performance.
Deep Care was born out of firsthand experience: five robotics engineers from BOSCH and TESLA who, despite access to workplace wellness programs, suffered from back pain and fatigue due to sedentary work.
They realized: something was missing. So they built Isa — an intuitive, behavior-based solution for daily health at the desk. Together with experts in physiotherapy, occupational medicine, AI, behavioral science, and workplace safety, they refined Isa through continuous user feedback and real-world trials.
Since launching in 2022, Isa has been adopted by over 200 companies and embraced by health insurers, public institutions, and global enterprises alike.
Today, Deep Care is a leading innovator in AI-powered health technology. Our solutions support thousands of employees in creating healthier, more dynamic workdays — without disrupting their workflow.
We collaborate with academic institutions, healthcare providers, and industry leaders to drive research and deliver real-world impact. Together, we’re building the future of workplace wellness — one habit at a time.
We believe better health leads to better work. Our goal is to make prevention easy and effective — helping organizations reduce long-term health risks and healthcare costs, while also improving employee engagement, focus, and resilience.
Through advanced AI, sensor technology, and scientific research, we’ll creating scalable solutions that support not only early detection and recovery, but also long-term well-being and performance.
As healthcare systems face growing strain, we believe the future lies in proactive care. Rather than waiting for illness to occur, we work to prevent it—by supporting healthier behavior before problems begin.
I believe in a future where people experience more health and happiness every day. The best way to shape that future is to start with the habits we build right now.
