How to use Isa exercises more cleverly

Do you recognise this? Isa suggests an exercise - but you're sitting in an open-plan office or simply don't feel comfortable with the choice. No problem: you can train Isa on your favourite exercises.

Mark movements you like as favourites - for example, inconspicuous mobilisations or short stretching exercises for the desk. This means you have them quickly to hand and can choose what suits you or your environment at the moment.
