A glimpse into the future
healthy working

A first glimpse of the new Isa – resilience coach, which recognises mental stress before it becomes a problem.
Winner of the CES Innovation Award 2026.

Used by more than 250 top employers and healthcare partners

Deep Care is currently working on new AI technology designed to detect mental stress in the workplace at an early stage – before it develops into real problems. The aim is not only to support employees in terms of ergonomics and environmental factors, but also to strengthen their daily resilience in the future. Isa is thus evolving from an ergonomic companion to a holistic health coach for the modern workplace.

For this vision, Deep Care was awarded the CES Innovation Award 2026 in the category Digital health The jury praised the approach of combining physical, mental and environmental stressors in an integrated solution for the first time. The official CES website particularly highlights that Isa is one of the few technologies that measurable behavioural data, environmental factors and AI-based analyses combined to actively promote health in everyday working life.

„Our vision is clear: everyone who regularly works at a desk should have access to smart health support.“
– Dr Milad Geravand, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Deep Care

Since its launch in 2021, Isa has continued to develop consistently:
by an ergonomic coach who analyses posture and movement,
to a health AI that records additional factors such as light, air quality, temperature, noise, sitting times and drinking habits.

The next step concerns the level that currently has the greatest influence on productivity, well-being and absenteeism: mental stress. The new Resilience Coach focuses on identifying stress patterns at an early stage and initiating individual micro-interventions that support employees at exactly the right moment.

Promoting employee health in an innovative, digital way - that suits our company and we have succeeded with Isa. We were also impressed by the reliable collaboration and the simple processes.

Michael Seitz
Human Resources Development, BBBank eG

Our employees greatly appreciate the valuable, innovative and data protection-compliant AI support provided by the health coach Isa. The digital companion ensures a healthier, ergonomic and more sustainable working day, despite very high screen time. Thanks to Isa, our employees use their height-adjustable desks much more. For us as an employer, this is a valuable and sustainable addition to the mandatory ergonomics training. Fully in line with the BGF nudging trend! We would like to thank the Deep Care team for their extremely customer-orientated cooperation.

Jürgen Geiger & Christin-Madeleine Braun
Occupational Health Management, German Pension Insurance Baden-Württemberg

An impressively effective tool for significantly more ergonomics at VDU workstations. When fully concentrating on the activity, it is a real help when the attention to one's own sitting posture is taken over by the Isa. This is clearly matched by the positive feedback from our employees. A valuable enrichment!

Dr. med. Gesine Büge
Specialist in occupational medicine, STILL GmbH

It works: Employees demonstrably move more, use their height-adjustable desks, sit more ergonomically or drink more. A great thing!

Lenz Magnus Hocher
Occupational health management, DB InfraGO AG

I like that it is plug & play, always present and not too intrusive.

Dr. Katrin Mahnke
Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, MAHLE International GmbH

We have already tried many things to motivate more movement during work. None of it has been as simple, efficient and low-threshold as Isa.

Dr. Michael Eppard
Senior Executive Manager, Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research

I particularly like the uncomplicated but effective targeted movement exercises that I can integrate into my working day thanks to Isa.

Dr. Karin Müller

Works really well and motivates me to take care of my health.

Well thought-out usage model! Thanks to "Isa on Demand", we can easily reach many employees and achieve a lasting effect on them.

Isa is super! It unobtrusively reminds us of what is often neglected in the daily work process. Mindfulness for the body and a healthy posture.

Petra Wolf
Occupational Health Management, ENTEGA AG

Uncomplicated and effective. A prime example of useful digitalisation.

Andreas Pesch
BGM Coordination Germany, Robert Bosch GmbH

I was surprised at how accurately Isa recognized a misalignment in my shoulders. It was only 2-3 cm. With targeted neck and shoulder exercises and slightly lowering the desk, my neck and shoulders now feel much better.

Dr Henri Hendrickx
Sr. Manager Medical Care, SABIC Netherlands

Flexible, location-independent and individual - Isa is in tune with the times and has a wide reach, rarely has an offer been booked up so quickly. Our employees are thrilled!

Why the next step is necessary now

For years, we have been working not only to explain health in the workplace, but also to truly integrate it into people's everyday lives. Isa is already demonstrating how ergonomic problems, lack of exercise and unfavourable environmental factors can be significantly reduced. However, the greatest challenge now lies in the area of mental stress — an issue that unfortunately remains invisible far too often and is the last to be recognised.

Studies and practical experience show that:

Mental stress is one of the most common causes of absenteeism. Stress, excessive demands, high levels of stimulation and a lack of rest not only affect health, but also focus, error rates, resilience and team dynamics.

It is not just a matter of recognising, that someone is under pressure, but when and why – and which intervention will be most beneficial at that moment.

„Our goal is to empower people before they burn out.“

Dr Milad Geravand

The Resilience Coach builds on the foundation that Isa already offers today: objective measurements, a combination of sensor technology, behaviour tracking and AI, and a focus on sustainable change rather than short-term advice. This further development sums up the vision from our latest publications: health in the workplace should be earlier detection, easier to influence and accessible to all be.

That is why we are developing Isa into a resilience coach who can handle stress. holistically on five levels recorded:

Behaviour
Seating times, breaks, movement patterns, micro-breaks
Physiology
Level of activation, tension, regeneration
Working environment
Lighting conditions, air quality, noise, temperature
Cognition
Focus, mental strain, context switching
Emotion
Stress, excessive demands, mood
