Frequently asked questions

No, the purchase of devices is not necessary. You simply book a quota of Isa usage - usually for 12 weeks per employee. The devices are provided directly by Deep Care, sent to the participants and returned after the usage phase. This allows your company to remain flexible without tying up capital or administrative effort. However, a purchase or leasing model is also possible if you are interested - for example for permanently integrated health centres or special deployment scenarios.

The effort for you and your company is minimal. As a rule, you start with a four-week pilot phase, the results of which provide a solid basis for the decision on a rollout.

After a successful pilot, the entire process is largely automated:

  • You book a quota of Isa usage (12 weeks / per person) that your employees can access flexibly.
  • Your employees order their device themselves via a company-specific portal that we provide for you.
  • Deep Care takes care of shipping, support and returns - you don't have to manage any devices.
  • Optionally, an anonymous effectiveness survey can be carried out, the results of which can be accessed in the free dashboard.
  • All you have to do is publicise the offer internally.

We provide you with ready-made communication materials - this saves time and coordination effort.

Yes, you can get to know Isa without any obligation - either as part of a pilot phase in your company or with a test device, which you can request directly using the form on this page.

The pilot phase helps you to experience the impact and acceptance of Isa in your own environment - without long-term commitment or investment. It also provides an ideal basis for convincing works councils and decision-makers with concrete results.

For structured Pilot projects (usually over 4 weeks with around 10 participants) costs around €100 per person. The package includes a preliminary discussion, interim feedback, final evaluation and all accompanying materials for internal communication.

After a successful pilot, ISA can be rolled out flexibly: For the Regular operation you can expect to pay around €120 per employee for a 12-week period of use.

Yes, Isa is certified according to § 20 SGB V and is subsidised by numerous health insurance companiesincluding the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK), AOK, IKK and several BKK. Depending on the health insurance fund and programme, the insurers cover part or even all of the costs of use. We will be happy to help you find a contact person at our partner insurance companies. 

Data protection is a central component of Isa. All data remains locally on the device - no cloud, no personalised tracking, no camera. The 3D sensor works with anonymous depth data and cannot identify individuals. The accompanying dashboard only shows aggregated, anonymised key figures.

In previous projects, Isa has received consistently positive feedback from works councils, primarily due to the high standard of data protection and the voluntary nature of its use. The fact that Isa is even used by the German Armed Forces and in a German nuclear power plant emphasises the exceptionally high level of security and data protection offered by the solution.

The effectiveness of ISA was analysed in a three-year study conducted by the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with over 2,000 participants in more than 50 companies.

The intervention period was between 6 and 18 weeks. The results show clear improvements:

  • The Awareness of healthy sitting behaviour increased by 88% during use.
  • The number of Interruptions in movement in everyday working life almost doubled.
  • Days absent due to musculoskeletal complaints fell on average from 5.4 to 2.4 days per year - a reduction of 56%.
  • The Productivity (measured by absenteeism and presenteeism) increased by 58%.
  • The Fluid intake improved significantly: the proportion of people who reached the recommended drinking amount increased from 50 % to 78 %.

Many participants reported that Isa helped them to develop a concrete sense of what healthy behaviour feels like in the workplace for the first time - and how even small changes have a noticeable effect on energy, concentration and mood.

Isa works with a intelligent 3D sensor and a locally running AI. Among other things, the system recognises posture, movement, light, air quality, volume and drinking behaviour - without processing personal data. Isa uses this information to create an individual stress profile and provides brief, everyday suggestions for healthier behaviour in the workplace - completely automatically and without an app.

Isa is suitable for all office and VDU workstations that spend most of their working day in front of a screen - in the company, in the home office or in hybrid working models. The solution works without system integration, i.e. independently of software, WLAN or end device, and can be put into operation within a few minutes using plug & play.

Within a few days. As no IT integration or calibration of the devices is required, Isa can be used immediately. Deep Care takes care of all organisational steps - from shipping to evaluation.
