No. Isa's tips are recommendations, not requirements. Not every workday looks the same. Some days you'll have lots of meetings, deadlines, or focused work periods. It's completely normal then to ignore reminders now and then.
Isa should help you engage more consciously with movement and ergonomics, without building up additional pressure.
If you find the hints appear too often, you can adjust them at any time:
Menu (top right) → Intensity → Starter Mode, Healthy Middle or Full Swing
You can also adjust your goals or disable individual health features.
Menu (top right) → Settings → Health features
For concentrated work, you can also activate Focus Mode:
Menu (top right) → Settings → Focus Modes → „Show on Home Screen“
After that, you can activate Focus mode directly from the home screen for 30 or 60 minutes. During this time, notifications will be reduced or paused.
