Following a successful pilot, Isa can be rolled out flexibly: For the Regular operation You can expect to pay between £8.99 and £12.99 per employee per month, depending on the scope of functionality, plus a one-off activation fee at the start of each use.

The one-time activation includes all services necessary for a smooth start and the reliable operation of Isa within the company.
This includes the preparation and provision of the devices, shipping and logistics, several years of service and support, and guidance on implementation within the company.
Exchange and return processes are also covered during ongoing operation, ensuring stable long-term use.
The activation is a one-time charge at the start of use and will not be charged again.
Yes, Isa is certified according to § 20 SGB V and is subsidised by numerous health insurance companiesincluding the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK), AOK, IKK and several BKK. Depending on the health insurance fund and programme, the insurers cover part or even all of the costs of use. We will be happy to help you find a contact person at our partner insurance companies.
Data protection is a central component of Isa. All data remains locally on the device - no cloud, no personalised tracking, no camera. The 3D sensor works with anonymous depth data and cannot identify individuals. The accompanying dashboard only shows aggregated, anonymised key figures.
In previous projects, Isa has received consistently positive feedback from works councils, primarily due to the high standard of data protection and the voluntary nature of its use. The fact that Isa is even used by the German Armed Forces and in a German nuclear power plant emphasises the exceptionally high level of security and data protection offered by the solution.
The effectiveness of ISA was analysed in a three-year study conducted by the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with over 2,000 participants in more than 50 companies.
The intervention period was between 6 and 18 weeks. The results show clear improvements:
Many participants reported that Isa helped them to develop a concrete sense of what healthy behaviour feels like in the workplace for the first time - and how even small changes have a noticeable effect on energy, concentration and mood.
Isa works with a intelligent 3D sensor and a locally running AI. Among other things, the system recognises posture, movement, light, air quality, volume and drinking behaviour - without processing personal data. Isa uses this information to create an individual stress profile and provides brief, everyday suggestions for healthier behaviour in the workplace - completely automatically and without an app.
Isa is suitable for all office and VDU workstations that spend most of their working day in front of a screen - in the company, in the home office or in hybrid working models. The solution works without system integration, i.e. independently of software, WLAN or end device, and can be put into operation within a few minutes using plug & play.
