No. Isa has not been designed to monitor employees or control behaviour.
Isa's aim is to support healthy working in everyday life, for example, with tips on movement, posture, focus, or short breaks.
Many people initially associate technology in the workplace with control, pressure to perform, or surveillance. Isa consciously wants to distance herself from precisely that.
Isa does not measure work performance, assess productivity, or analyse how „well“ someone works.
Instead, Isa should help to recognise physical and mental strains at an early stage and promote healthier working habits.
