You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day.,
in which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods;
in the case of partial deliveries: on the date you received the last partial shipment or the last item;
For multiple items from an order: from the date you received the last item.

On our website, we provide you with a digital withdrawal form, which you can open via a button.
You can submit your cancellation easily and quickly using this form by providing the following details:

Email address (used at checkout)
Order number
Reason for return (voluntary)
Upon submitting the form, you will receive confirmation that your cancellation has been received.
Alternatively, you can submit your cancellation by email or post.
You can use the model withdrawal form below for this, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you dispatch the notification before the expiry of the cancellation period.
If you revoke this contract, we will have to reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your revocation was received by us.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier of the two.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation.
The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the deadline expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided we have informed you of this (a return label can be provided optionally, see „Returns & Trial Period“).
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is attributable to any handling of the goods that was not necessary for the examination of their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If the contract includes digital content or digital services (e.g. app access or subscription features) and you expressly request that we commence performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you may be obliged to pay compensation for the services rendered up to that point in the event of withdrawal.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire if we have begun the execution, after you:
expressly agreed that we may begin before the expiry of the cancellation period, and
confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
