Delivery countries

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • Germany

  • EU member states

  • Switzerland (CH)

  • United Kingdom (UK)

Deliveries to North America (USA & Canada) are handled through our separate shop: Shop - Deep Care

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

2.1 Germany

  • Free shipping on orders over £30.

  • For orders under €30: €9.99

2.2 EU

  • Flat rate €14.90

2.3 Switzerland

  • Standard delivery: €19.90
  • Express delivery: €29.90

  • Delivery is made in accordance with DAP (Delivered at Place): Import duties, customs duties, and Swiss import VAT are not included in the price and will be levied by the shipping service provider upon delivery.

2.4 United Kingdom (UK)

  • Standard delivery: €19.90
  • Express delivery: €29.90

  • Delivery is made in accordance with DAP (Delivered At Place): any import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees will be collected by the shipping service provider upon delivery.

3. Delivery times (approximate)

Germany: 2–4 working days
EU: 3–7 working days
Switzerland

  • Standard: 3–5 working days
  • 1–3 working days

United Kingdom (UK)

  • Standard: 3–5 working days
  • 1–3 working days

Please note: Customs clearance may delay delivery times in individual cases.

4. Shipping carriers, tracking

Shipping is usually via DHL.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for parcel tracking. You can also track your shipment using the form above.

5. Partial deliveries

Partial deliveries are permissible, provided they are reasonable for you and do not incur any additional costs.

6. Undeliverable mail

In the event of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or undeliverable items resulting in a return, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.

7. Customs and Import

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or charges may apply, unless expressly stated otherwise (e.g. DDP delivery to Switzerland).
