1. Statutory withdrawal

Regardless of voluntary services, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days (see cancellation policy).

2. Voluntary 20-day trial period

2.1 Test phase

If a 20-day trial period is explicitly stated in the offer, you can return the goods within 20 days of delivery.

2.2 Relation to Revocation

The trial period is a voluntary service and does not affect your statutory rights (in particular the right of withdrawal and warranty).

3. Returns process

3.1 Digital Return Request (recommended)

On our website, you can easily start a return via a digital form (popup via button).

For this, we need the following details:

• Name
• Email address (used at checkout)
• Order number
• Reason for return (voluntary)
• Free text field (optional)
• Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation and further information regarding the return shipping.

3.2 Alternative Registration

Alternatively, you can return your item via email to orders@deep-care.de Sign in.

Please provide the following information:

• Order number

• Article

• Optional: Reason for return

3.3 Returns and Refunds

• Upon registration, you will receive return instructions.

• We optionally provide a returns label

• If a flat-rate return or processing fee (e.g., €9.99) is applicable, this will be clearly displayed during the returns process and deducted from the refund.

• The refund will be processed via the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the goods.

4. Condition and completeness

Please return the goods fully, securely for transport and, if possible, in their original packaging including accessories.

Any potential loss in value must be compensated in accordance with the statutory regulations on the right of withdrawal if the goods have been used beyond an inspection of their condition, characteristics, and functionality.

5. Exceptions

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection are excluded from the right of withdrawal after removal of the seal.
