Expert round #9: Trends in BGM & occupational safety

03.12.2026 | 14:30 - 16:00 | Microsoft Teams

In this expert round, we look at how organizational health management can be successfully implemented in very different structures. What does a holistic BGM concept look like in practice? How can structure and innovation be combined in the BGM of a large municipal administration? And how must health services be communicated so that they truly reach employees?

In addition, we look beyond the individual company: What role do companies play in health in the community and how can workplace health promotion become part of a larger health strategy?

Look forward to concrete best practices, different perspectives, and practical insights for your own BGM work.

The idea behind the webinar series

Networking & exchange within the BGM community

Since Deep Care was founded in 2020, we have built up a broad network of health enthusiasts. This network now comprises around 250 customers and partners and 3200 members on LinkedIn. It brings together representatives from various health insurance companies, occupational health and safety organisations and a wide range of research areas.

We would like to offer a platform to some particularly interesting contacts from this network through our webinars, as we believe that they represent a real enrichment for the occupational health and safety community.

As part of the "Expert panel" webinar series, we discuss current topics that affect the organisation of healthy work together with various stakeholders in occupational health management. We take up relevant questions and problems and have them discussed, analysed and evaluated by top-class experts from our network.

Our aim is to create a space for dialogue in which leading specialists in a field provide valuable input through their keynote speeches, which are then discussed by the participants.
